Terms & Condition
- The Renter mush be able to operate the motorbike safely and properly.
- The renter is required to wear a helmet, follow all traffic regulations, and maintain the motorbike in good condition.
- The motorbike may only be used within the island of Bali and must not be rented out or rent to other persons.
- Any loss or damage to the key, motorbike parts, or helmet is the renter’s full responsibility.
- Late returns exceeding 3 hours from the agreed time will incur an additional one full day rental charge.0
- You are required to provide an identification document such as a passport, ID card, or any other valid identification, or alternatively, a security deposit ranging from IDR 1.000.000 to 2.000.000 depending on the type of motorbike.
- The deposit or security quarantee will be fully refunded once the motorbike is returned in good condition.
- In case of theft or major damage, (>50%) the renter must compensate according to the market value of the vehicle based on its type and condition.
- All traffic fines or violations during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
- Bali Bike Hub is not responsible for any injury, accident, loss of personal belongings, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period, full responsibility lies with the renter.
- The renter agrees that photo and/or video documentation of the motorbike’s condition may taken at the time of delivery.
- The motorbike will be delivered with full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank as well.
- We also provide motorbike insurance with an additional fee of IDR 200.000, which coer damages up to IDR 1.000.000 for a maximum period of one month.
